Digital Media Communications Director £neg, Berkshire

Fast growing Digital agency require a real heavyweight Social Media & Digital Media Communications professional to join the senior management team, and hold responsibility for overseeing the creation, management and development of digital communications and social media strategy of their global blue-chip clients, and head up the social media team.

You will be at the forefront of client consultation and delivery, and will plan, manage digital and social media strategies and campaigns on behalf these clients, ensuring consistency of branding, culture, voice and achieving necessary monetisation. Furthermore, you will develop a programme for effective partnership development programme with high value clients.

As for the right person, you will have a significant Digital Marketing background, and progressed heavily into Social Media campaign management on behalf of significant clients on a direct basis – in an Account Director or Head of Social/Digital role. You will of course, possess excellent project management skills, and cool and creative under pressure, applying diplomacy and interpersonal professionalism in all circumstances.

Naturally you possess an advance knowledge of mainstream social media platforms and their audiences and how they can be deployed to effect positive client communications solutions.

Based in Berkshire, salary dependent on the right person.
