Senior Project Manager – Social Media £30-35k

Social media WOM specialist agency are looking for a Senior Project Planner to support their rapidly expanding social media teams working on behalf of leading household brands.
You will work closely with all functions within the business planning director to plan, manage and develop campaigns from set up to results presentation. You will also manage resource requirements (internal and external), actions and experiential production.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Attending client meetings, receiving and assessing client briefs
- Preparing and tracking all project costing
- Planning, tracking and co-ordinating all project activities
- Managing consistently evolving project plans/delivery schedules for the duration of projects where needed
- Liaise with internal teams and clients and/or external partners to ensure campaigns run both to schedule and budget
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables to clients including reports and status documents
- Chairing meetings, minute-taking, agenda setting, managing contact and action reports and sharing with all attendees / relevant stakeholders
- Input into best practice for Business Planning, Campaign Management and Event Management
- Client management as needed
Must have 2-3 years project management experience preferably within an agency environment. (Preferably from a social media / digital environment)
Salary £30-35k
