Social Media Account Exec £18-22k, London

My client is an integrated agency who are in a position to expand their Social Media team with the recruitment of an Account Executive.

The role is an opportunity for a budding social media professional to take the next step – probably even the first post-University, post-Intern step – into their career. They will look at a Graduate with some agency intern experience, or they will look at someone with 6-18 months experience in a social media capacity; including within an agency.

The key parts of the role will be:

• Blogger outreach – it would be ideal if you blog yourself, to demonstrate understanding of the blogger sphere.
• Analytics gathering and assessment – use of Radian 6 and Google Analytics, for example.
• Social Media communications – Community management across the various social media presence for their clients, including Facebook, Twitter and blog-sites.
• Putting together insights reports based on monitoring and research of human sentiment and opinion

In a small team, you will have the opportunity to experience various tasks, gain training from a knowledgeable Social Media Director, and play a part in the creative process. You need to LOVE social media, and also appreciate it’s commercial capability. You’ll also be clued up social media connectivity tools and devices and be competent on Microsoft packages.

Based in London W1, with a salary between £18-22,000 plus some excellent benefits, including free breakfast!!
