Step Up! – Partner with CloudNine & Feed a Child for Year.

JJ and I were hugely inspired by a presentation at the Like Minds Conference last week, about the work of the Global Angels charity, by their CEO; Molly Bedingfield; so much that we were compelled to do something about it. You know that thing; it’s easy to admire the work of a charity – but never usually get round to doing something about it.

Global Angels is different. They promise to give 100% of what you; the public; donate to the project. No administration costs. They work with companies who donate services to them for little or no money, allowing the 100% promise to be fulfilled.

Molly clearly works tirelessly to make all the right connections to make great stuff happen.

So inspiring.

So we felt compelled to consider what CloudNine could do for this great, innovative cause.

Over 6 million children under five die of malnutrition and hunger-related diseases every year in developing countries.
Through their ‘Feed A Child’ campaign Global Angels aim to provide education to one million children each year in Africa, Asia and Latin America in our school feeding program.

So as of 1st November 2011; we will make a commitment to Feed & Educate a Child in Africa for 1 year – as part of that School Feeding Programme – every time a business hires a member of staff – Freelance or Permanent – through the services of CloudNine.

When someone starts a role with your company, thanks to us – that triggers us to send a donation to Global Angels.

We hope this in some way raises the awareness of this outstanding charity and it’s refreshing agenda, amongst the business community. As a minimum, we are assured of course, that each contribution will significantly help a deprived child.

Expect also to see Global Angels at the heart of future social projects that CloudNine get’s involved in. JJ will be writing about the cause in her high readership blog-site;  and we will be sure to make the business community aware of the work that Global Angels are going.
