Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator £21-23k, London

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator, to work in a fast-paced environment in the world of modern PR and digital media.

Our client is a rapidly growing web company revolutionising the PR industry with a worldclass solution in news content and information.

The role
Your main task will be to market the product in the UK as well as taking care of our customer inquiries via chat, Twitter or email. As marketing & customer service coordinator you will have operational responsibility for planning, project management, and tactical implementation of local marketing activities, and monitoring – with a focus on sales generating activities. All activities shall be conducted according to the company’s communication platform and visual guidelines as a basis.

The position requires good knowledge of marketing, communications and you should have experience in communicating via social media platforms such as Facebook & Twitter or Blogs. You need to be a digital native, with great writing skills, and an active online presence.

Weekend or evening work may occur in form of travel or events.

Key responsibilities

- Establish UK activity plans for 3-6 month periods with the UK manager and the CMCO
- Conduct all activities in local activity plan
- Locate the head office marketing campaigns / activities
- Events planning, identification and implementation
- Be responsible and carry out campaigns in both print and digital media
- Engagement and dialogue in social media
- Be responsible and implement local public relations work
- Be responsible for the production of leaflets and other local sales support
Develop, write and distribute newsletters, invitations to events, direct mail, etc.
- In charge of customer support inquiries, training of new customers, building newsrooms Uploading content to our platform in form of press releases

Profile:

- Junior/2nd job level
- Media/communications graduate with 0-2 years experience
