Events & Digital Production Executive £20-25k, London

Our client is a Social Media driven Marketing agency, and they have a role for a Events Production Executive, assisting in the production of anything from print, apparel and assets; to cutting edge digital, film experiential projects.
Principal responsibilities:
- To inject creative ideas into the production process
- To check briefs are accurate and aid the management in the amends process.
- To provide information on costings and supplier availability as required – always trying to get the best price and quality as appropriate
- To assist in maximizing the profitability and quality of projects as required under supervision
- To monitor the progress of projects to ensure that all agreed and approved deadlines are met
- To inform the Production Director and Project Manager of potential problems internally/externally at the earliest appropriate time as required
- To undertake all appropriate proof checks, initially under the supervision of the Production Director ensuring production or printing mistakes are minimized on a daily basis
- Liaise with the Chief Creative Officer and Creative Director and ensure all amends are approved prior to sign off
- To ensure all physical materials/assets received by the Production department are correctly logged, safely stored and filed in accordance with the company’s procedures as required.
- Liaise with the Logistics department in terms of storage and transportation of all assets
- To be responsible for purchase from outside suppliers, under supervision of the Production Director as required
- To support the Production Director in providing any resources necessary for the production and printing process for an projects on a daily basis
- To support the Creative team by assisting with mock-ups, presentation boards as required for client meetings and pitches
Skills/experience required:
- Marketing/advertising agency, TV/Radio production or Event planning
experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for details
- Previous experience at planning and managing social media presences
- Ability to build supplier/client relationships
- A practical hands-on approach
Educational qualifications required:
Marketing or media related degree or equivalent experience.
Salary £20-25,000
