Head of Digital in Dubai, £55-60k tax free

Here is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital superstar to make the career break into the growing Dubai zone, where Digital & Social Media is on the steep upward curve, and your expertise will be recognised. 

The opportunity is for a Head of Digital / Senior Digital Strategist for one of Dubai‘s fastest growing PR & Communications agency who have made their first steps into Digital over the past few months, and require someone with an entrepreneurial and ambitious nature to build and spearhead a digital division. The opportunity to work exclusively in the Middle East with clients such as BMW, Nokia, Marriott Hotels exists, and to work alongside an award winning team.

Reporting to the company MD, in a flat management structure – the key responsibilities would be:

- Develop a digital communications strategy and conceptualize tactics to meet clients needs

- Secure a high impact digital, web and social media presence for clients

- Build key relationships with key bloggers, journalists and influencers

- Play an integral part of presentations and pitches to clients

- Maintain and build strong client relationships with ideas, consultancy and innovation

- Hold P&L responsibility for the Digital division

You will be:

- Highly experienced in Digital & Social Media communications management

- A dynamic and passionate self-starter with flair and gravitas

- Willing to adopt a very hands on approach, as well design creative strategy for clients, and work with clients at a high level

- On the pulse of social media and digital developments and be agile to react and evolve client work effectively

 

This is a fantastic opportunity with a company run by British expats and in a vibrant agency with c30-35 people. They are going places, with some outstanding clients, and want to make a splash into the Digital market with a champion at the helm, who they will help develop thought-leader status in the region.

This role is paying at the c£55-60k level – tax free.
